Andesvivienda S.A. (“Andesvivienda”, “we”) operates the andesvivienda.com website. This policy describes how we handle personal data of visitors in accordance with the Ecuadorian Organic Personal Data Protection Law (LOPDP, Official Registry Supplement 459, 2021) and best practices under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
(a) Data you provide directly in the consultation form: name, email and message. (b) Technical data generated by your browser: truncated IP address, device type, language, access time. (c) Consent preferences stored in your browser. We do not collect special categories of data (health, biometrics, political opinion).
3. Purposes and legal bases
(i) Respond to your consultation — basis: consent granted when submitting the form. (ii) Send you information about the housing program you requested — basis: pre-contractual measures. (iii) Comply with legal obligations before the Superintendency of Companies and the SRI — basis: legal obligation. (iv) Aggregated site statistics — basis: consent (analytics cookies).
4. Retention period
Commercial inquiries: 24 months from the last contact. Accounting records: 7 years (Art. 37 Ecuadorian Tax Code). Consent preferences: up to 13 months or until you revoke them.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data may be shared with: (a) technology providers acting as processors (hosting, transactional email, web measurement); (b) competent authorities when legally required (SRI, Superintendency of Companies, Prosecutor's Office). Google LLC processes advertising measurement data if you authorize the ‘Advertising and measurement’ category.
6. International transfers
When a processor handles data outside Ecuador, we require standard contractual clauses or equivalent certifications guaranteeing an adequate level of protection, in compliance with Art. 55 LOPDP.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object, restrict processing, port your data and not to be subject to automated decisions. Exercise them by writing to dpo@andesvivienda.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador.
8. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest in the contact database, role-based access control and 12-month audit logs. We perform internal security reviews every semester.
9. Minors
The program is directed exclusively to citizens between 40 and 65 years old. We do not target the site at minors nor knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We will publish any modification on this page indicating the update date. Substantial changes will be notified by email to those who interacted with the form in the last 6 months.
